Soulja Boy promises to set a better image for the kids. Way to go soulja boy! Now me being the parent of a 9 year old son heard constant requests to play Soulja Boy whenever we jumped in the car. ‘Mom, can you download the Soulja Boy song on my iPod?’ was another question I’d often hear. Thinking that Soulja was a teeny bopper, I really didn’t listen to the lyrics too much, well really I couldn’t understand most of them because of the strong southern drawl he has. Finally, sick and tired of my son begging me to put the Soulja song on, I listened to the lyrics and OMG! Did he just say what I think he said?!? Well needless to say, the song was erased from the iPod, I never bought the CD and we didn’t play Soulja again!

Every now and then we have to reward ourselves for a job well done.
Now I know the economy is bad and most of us have dust in our pockets, but if yu can scrape up an extra $100, take yourself to the spa and get a massage featuring bamboo and peppermint exfoliation. Or what about getting a manicure & pedicure while bathed in essential oils and tea blends?
